    Excellent place with amenities like a fitness center, 24-hour reception, and great in-room breakfast. On my first stay, staff helped return my forgotten headphones, showing their care. I highly recommend it!

    Truly exceptional and clean hotel with very helpful and particularly attentive staff. Amazing bed in the classic king room, plus a coffee table and a safe. Free and astonishing breakfast with a wide array of outstanding food.

    Our anniversary stay was made special with thoughtful upgrades and a complimentary bottle of bubbly. The heated bathroom floors were a genuine treat, and the breakfast pancakes were legendary!

    Unexpected welcome gift!

    We arrived exhausted and were surprised with an upgrade and good treats in our room. The staff was genuinely friendly, and breakfast was a feast for the senses!

    We did encounter a few noisy guests in the lounge. It was a minor distraction but didn't overshadow our wonderful time.

    great service but a bit noisy

    The staff were really good. They were very good too make our anniversary special with complimentary prosecco and upgrades. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of delicious options including the must-try pancakes. The location was beautiful, offering views of the garden that created a tranquil atmosphere .

    There were a few times when other guests in the lounge were too loud, slightly disrupting the otherwise super calm place.

    Had an amazing group trip! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Charles Bridge. We enjoyed fantastic golf at PGA National, and the breakfast was the best I've had. Super nice team, and the atmosphere was perfect for catching up with friends.

    The only downside was that the mattress in our room was a bit stiff and could use an upgrade for better comfort.
